Membership Renewal using partial payment method

I want to renew my membership for 2011 using the partial payment method. It says there that partial payment will not be available until October 2010\. I rang the membership department in mid october and they said that it will be availble from mid to late october. I sent them an email yesterday but have received no answer yet.

It's now the 30th of October and it's still not available. Renewals are due on 12 Nov.

Does anyone know when this will be available. I would rather pay a bit at a time rather than in one payment.

I was waiting for that information to come out as well and didn't hear anything so I just used the Credit Card last week. They did say info would be out in October, but nothing so far.

Also rang about the same thing early October. Was told all information would be sent to members mid October and appropriate paperwork would be with it. Still waiting.

Looks like another phone call coming up for what its worth.

Membership renewals have been extended till 24th November with packages and info being sent this week.
