It's all well and good to be cocky and have attitude on the field, but you get respect only when you have done the hard yards and have proven yourself as a first grade player. When you try the no look pass just because it works at training, when you give away stupid penalties, or shape up against the established players to show how tough you are, then remember this: “Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.” (Quote: John Wooden)

Your kidding aren't you? Half the reason why benji has been so good in previous years was on reputation alone. Players would stand back and watch him, too scared to tackle, they have him too much respect. Was great to see sue get in there and give carney a hard time early on! Granted you are correct about the Simona no look pass but you can not whinge about younger players having a go! They are playing in a team who is not stepping up to the mark.. At least they are showing more heart than some of our established players! They are also trying things in an attempt to win (other than first out plays where a winger or prop runs the ball into a market and gets 5m)..
They are young and inexperienced, they will make mistakes, that's what happens when you are 'inexperienced'..

As for cocky.. Who do you think was being cocky? I didn't see any cockyness in the game?
