Men against boys

That was absolutely disgraceful stuff out there. Men against boys.

Seems like no matter the coach, no matter the roster, this team is the same - just crumbles into a heap at the first sign of adversity.

The Roosters treated us with zero respect tonight and what did we do about it? Crawl up into a ball and gave up.

Pathetic all around - effort, tactics, performance. An a grade joke.

Embarrassed to say I support this club tonight, and not for the first time either.

The difference between the teams is one team knows how to pass brown paper bags under a desk while the other team doesnt.

It's that simple.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but I hope so.

I don't think we ever really gave up tonight, Hybrid. I just think we don't have the talent to match it with teams that are choc full of internationals.

its called good salary cap management, us tigs havent figured it quite out yet

It certainly looked like the forwards had the white flag out in defence. Until these forwards or any others in the future get up in defence and try and intimidate and hunt as a pack, it will always be the same result.

I had high hopes for us this year until the Raiders and FPN went straight through the middle a few weeks ago. Just showed we still have a soft underbelly

Don't know about that, the 1% efforts weren't there tonight. Look at when SKD got out of the in goal - should never happen.

So you're telling me that the team the Roosters had on the field tonight is under the cap?

Easily. RTS/Friend/Tupou/Napa/Takahifo/Hastings aren't on their new expensive deals so they're cheap as our young blokes, if not cheaper.

Id be more concerned with our team and some of the over paid under performers.

They are sure as hell better at managing a roster and building a quality side than our club. Should be one of the benchmarks, but can't happen when most prefer to accept mediocrity.

Roosters showed more energy early and we just didn't stick with them. I expected it tonight and to be honest, I'm non-plused about the result.

Legally it appears so

We are getting better with TPA's , but they are the masters

Still 13 on 13 and the better team on the day wins

Again we were in the wrestle and we tried to avoid it when it got too tough and tried some low percentage trick shots to avoid it

Then we continually compounded it

Unfortunately tonight showed our true colours. We are just a youthful up and coming team with valuable lessons to be learned and Roosters taught us that tonight

Meanwhile Roosters are a battle hardened finals team with tons of experience and rep players with questionable salary cap issues but we won't get into that

It was a pathetic performance and I expect a lot better.

Some players are excluded. Halatau and Lawrence are to me the exceptions. The rest of them should hang their heads in shame.
