moltzen will do as good of a job as mckinnon at fullback though if he is not played at halfback. we cant have both tuiaki/mckinnon and gordon. one will have to go.

Michael is a quality player and if we can find an alternate kicker who would take the pressure off Benji imagine how Benji's game would improve not worrying about converting tries and penalties.
In the last half a dozen years we have only ever bought one dud from Prenrith so after the success of Sattler, Elford, Moors, Daniela etc I think it's worth putting in a bid for young Flash!.

Brother, Moltzen/McKinnon are great attacking Fullback, but as far as Defending at 1, Moltzen tackles like a school boy…

Maybe Tim needs a few more seasons at Fullback to get some confidence, but McKinnon is undoubtedly a better allround Fullback...

Moltzen is exposed at fullback. He needs a couple of years to build up before he has the power to make that position his own.

At half he can be creative and he can be sheltered by the forwards.

mckinnon is also 8 years older and has more exp.

WE desperately need a goal kicker,but weve spent way too much aklready on wingers who touch the ball half a dozen times per game to buy another one

I agree about the amount of wingers. I think Benji needs to concentrate on his main game and not goal kicking. Maybe there should be a new thread on available (off contract) goal kickers.

There's still a massive cloud over Tui. I truly think that Sheens would have made a play for Gordon if he definitely knew that TNT would not return. If Taniela is ruled never to play again Gordon would tick all the boxes, which would allow Benji to focus on his game and not worry about kicking.
