I think we're all on the same page... Sharing a bed with little kids is inappropriate and weird. Seriously can't fathom why he would do that. Even if it was just a buddy, big bro, friendly thing. He knew it would be viewed as untasteful especially since the early 90s Jordan Chandler allegation.
