Michael Maguire is not walking into another rebuild

they can colour code and write sweet nothings all day long, but madge will be pushing crap up a step hill with the cattle he has to work with. if they dont sign 2-3 good 1st graders we will miss the top 8 again, and then we will hear the same crap next year.

A good read, may quiten some of the old Maguire has no plan B brigade

Well he's not going to come out and say he has no plan B now is he .. he didnt at Souths so until he proves it at WT why would a fluff media article suddenly change peoples opinion and quiten anyone down ?

Yeah, it's a fluff piece, but at least it shows he's aware the same old plan won't work.

I agree completely.

That would be the crap cattle that just missed the semi's.

That would be the crap cattle that has signed a pretty good coach, added a couple of handy players and will be adding a couple more.

:blah :blah

A couple more Col …...

Do you have some inside Goss mate ....

I find it hard to not consider this a "rebuilding" year seeing we still need at least 2 top level signings 1 at least in the forwards. We have a new coach and we dont really even have a style of play. It will be even harder next year to improve on 9th place as there are teams belows us that will be better next year aswell.

I like how Marina has set the standard. The expectations are that we make the finals. I'll sit back and wait for her reply if we fail again.

Funny you mentioned our Goer

I happened to turn onto the twocellos concert on Fox by accident at the Opera House and our beloved leader was front row

Day 1\. Happy snaps and intro meetings I guess

I haven't snapped …I'm dealing with it ......but if we don't have an announcement of some description by the end of week 1 I'll start ramping up the outrage

Like it was written by a 9yo

9yo/telegraph, same same

Yup.just like 6yo/Smh or 3yo/ABC or 1yo/the project

Only when potty mouth Bolt or Stephen Smith is on the project.

Anyway, anyone who is a true WT fan should boycott the Telegraph. They clearly are 100% behind Easts and Cronulla and just want to do the dirty on Western Sydney teams. It's such a sad newspaper, it may be at a 9yr old level but its' a slower 9 yr old level… the kind that is still eating Crayons and has newspaper glued to the back of his hand.

Hey I would be happy with a plan A.
I did not see one this year exactly. At first it seemed we would win games through defense. Then Chaos?

But lets hope Madge has learned some tricks.

Hmmm, having just watched his press conference with Pascoe on the website, and, at first viewing (and respecting he has probably just arrived back from UK), he sure as hell is different from Ivan Cleary. I got a strong sense of it being about "him" and working to remind people of his "talents ?" as a coach. I didn't get any sense of humility or appreciation to the club; in fact I'm pretty sure he called us West Tigers. It's not really enthusing me much, tbh.
