Some will say Jake was great because he came off the bench. Even when he didn’t scoot, he engaged in the opposition markers and players beautifully giving our forwards less defence on them. He’s a different style of player to Liddle. He’s the next Harry Grant IMO.

It's going to cause a bit of a shakeup to the squad yet again. I'd throw Cini at fullback, start Mbye at 9, bring Simpkin off the bench again, but this time give him a good 30 minute hitout against the Sharks.

You are entitled to your opinion but there is no way i would like to see Simpkin play for long periods as it could potentially destroy his confidence for years
