Mini gets off.

Should have just been charged with a careless high shot instead of going the striking charge then being unable to prove it. As it is NRL looks ridiculous for letting minny off after a very ugly tackle that just about knocked Dugan out. Imagine the reaction from the Raiders if Dugan was ruled out of the Bulldogs game with concussion.

I'm still expecting a good game from the Tigers, although this 2pm kickoff business messes with my work schedule. I'm torn between listening to it on the radio at work or recording it on the IQ box and pretending I'm watching it live.

This is a deadset joke. I was expecting 7 weeks when I saw it live and it's an absolute farce that he is playing. What an utter joke

I saw a frame tonight with him in the air, eyes closed with both his elbows on Dugan's chin. So yeah seems legit he'd be cleared

In his defence, doesn't everyone want to smack Josh Dugan one?

Very surprised he got off, even though it is very obviously a brain fart (the guy did have a clean record for his first 248 games, over 13 seasons), I thought he should at least serve a couple of weeks (even with his good record). Getting off the charge completely is definitely a shocker though.

Then again, he's been poor lately, might be better he plays than if they shift that young winger to FB.

I've lost count of how many times I have said it this season. Sadly I feel I really am starting to mean it.
That'll do me. This game has lost the plot.
The NRL made a stand with Inglis to stamp out the shoulder charge but feel that elbowing a player in the head is fine.

Glen totally agree

This is a simple game with simple ideals

And I can't believe at every turn when it comes to a major decision invariably they make the wrong call every time

The ARLC don't care about the fans they should be embarassed , too busy trying to keep the sponsors happy and taking money from the biggest bidder , not the best bidder

There is only one group that can change this , the players and seeing most of them will be getting a payrise in the very near future I'm pretty sure they won't be saying boo

Just goes to show yet again that there are some rules for some players and some rules for others. This is at least one thing that the NRL is consistent about!

I wonder how Travis Burns feels. What a joke. Clean record and a brain snap no doubt but he should have got atleast 1 week.

Even the cleanest of players make mistakes. It's crazy. Mini was a metre in the air, splitting the guy's melon open with a fore-arm and there is no suspension?

I feel no ill-will toward Minichello and don't really care whether he plays against us or not.

But as they say, in the 'fair-dinkum' department he must have been suspended.

LOL, knowing our luck, he'll have a blinder and score two or three tries, including the match winner with 30 seconds to go after we were leading by 12 with 10 to play.

Worst thing about it is they now have something to play for this weekend, without him they had nothing.

2 weeks, 2 dud decisions against us!

Spot on. Mini's was just as bad if not worse than Burns' hit.
