Regardless of what happens for the rest of this season I think we should be looking at different head coach options. Keeping him as a coaching advisor/director may not be a bad idea though

Tim is a ball of knowledge as far as RL goes and losing him to another Club would be frustrating. Off the field, Sheens would also bring alot of coin to the club and is a must for the club to have on board in some manner.

I'm all for the idea of recruiting a new Head Coach for 2012 and having Tim in some form of Director role…
