Brooks sounded exactly how I expected him to sound. A young footballer who hasn't yet received media training. Tough ask for kids to front up like that. They made a decent fist of it and will get better.

Brooks reminds me of Brett Kimmorley.

I took it as a good omen… I cannot think of many promising footballers who could deal with a camera, JT still cannot to this day. This is what we want, players more concerned with options with the ball in their hand rather than a pre-madonna who has the make-up staff on a tight string.

I didn't expect him to have such a gruff voice or a lisp is all. I didn't expect him to be an eloquent media darling lol. He reminds me of Soward a bit with his voice and overbite lol.

I understand. He just sounded exactly as I expected. For some reason the gruff voice seemed to fit his playing persona.
