The whole team were poor including Moses. As for the hit - dont support kickers being hit like that no matter who it is. Cheap shot as far as Im concerned.

100% legal tackle, in rugby he would have been marched, but in league that was a fair tackle

Realise it was legal but it is still a cheap shot in my opinion. The kicker of the ball is an easy target when in motion like that. Dont doubt it was enjoyed by most WTs supporters.

I don't like hits on the kicker that are too high, low or late. But if a kicker wants to go right to the line to get the best possible kick away, you take your punishment.

The eels fell for the big con of signing one of "the big 4" … a tag that put them all on the same pedestal .
When it's blatantly obvious to all that there was really only 1 that was "big" & he , sadly , has gone to the roosters.

The eels didn't need a 6 or 7 , Norman & Gutho were doing fine . What they lack is a quality player at 9 . They would've been better off spending Mitch's $$$ on Peats .

Hess looked committed to the tackle to me, Moses often passes in those instances and while maybe he could have stroked him with a feather, he couldn't avoid contact.

The Thurston hit 5 minutes earlier was in my opinion an example of a player going out of his way for a late hit he wasn't committed to and was rightly penalised.

Loved how frustrated & upset he looked throughout the game,
Mainly after errors he, himself, made…. lol.

Moses is a dud.

A rugby player died today - unnecessary violence should not be allowed.

Can i ask you to please not bring up an incident such as this not even 24 hours after it's happened to push an agenda?

Especially when said player is said to have had an existing heart condition!

Where were his bodyguards? He will be playing state cup very shortly me thinks or develop a mystery injury

That's right Corowa! I can't remember if it was Moses himself or someone from the Parra staff saying Moses will have a strong pack around him protecting him. How's that working out?

Loved the hit … couldn't have happened to a nicer bloke ! ... but was more surprised by it not being penalised. Had it been Cherry-Evans at Brookvale, Cronk at AAMI Park or Thurston at Townsville .... think maybe a different outcome.

Please, can some of you stop rewriting history. Woods is a Kangaroo rep and has earned his selection in that team. I don't agree with the label of big 4 but to suggest Woods is not a top shelf player is incorrect.
