WESTS Tigers fullback Tim Moltzen has been released to play with the St George Illawarra Dragons in 2012 and beyond.
The 23-year-old signed with the Dragons mid season after being given permission by the Tigers to negotiate with a year to run on his contract.

Late last week Moltzen indicated to Tigers management he would prefer to stay with Wests.

On Monday, the Tigers granted Moltzen a formal release from his contract.
