Moltzen's decision to stay with Tigers cost us dearly

Anyone else bags three to down the dragons there would be threads proFessing undying love everywhere. With moltzen it's crickets. The hate on the guy is near pathological.

Thats probably because some people what he did, the way he acted and the way he brought crap on this club during the off season will never be forgotten.
When a man runs, cowers, hides and doesnt face up to his responsibilities, no amount of anything else will redeem himself - he needs to deal with his unfinished business that dragged the club through the sewer. Only then might some see him as a man - hard to respect right now - despite any amount of good footy being played

Our club is just as responsible for that debacle. It was our club who didn't release him, it was our club that hedged its bets until the last moment then decided to allow/enforce Moltzens contract.

Moltzens contract with Dragons becomes legitimate if Tigers grants the release.

Went to the dragons section on the LU forums to gloat a little on Moltzen's hat trick.

Was surprised to see tigers supporters backing the dragons fans in laying the slipper in to him.

His contract drama was not ideal, but it isn't a capital offence.

He's a great player and I'm stoked to have him on the squad.

Go tigers.

If its ok to lay the boot into Moltzen for not following through on his commitments, then our club comes into the firing line for the exact same reason.

Its unfair to give a pass to one party but not the other.

people would find it hard to cheer this guy and i dont have any problems with that. it's just seeing that this topic has 3 pages which i dont like. i dont wanna tell others to build a bridge and get over it.

just put this performance into moltzen's positive column if you think he played well…

When the dragons came out last year and announced the signing on the eve of our game, Humphries said that we have not released Tim… I don't believe that there was a back flip from that position... More fool the dragons for not chasing up on it until too late in the season...

We sat on the release. Dragons/Tauber and even Moltzen thought he was moving there for 2012\. When it suited us and T Moltzen we all just said "nope, contract still stands".

It was unethical conduct and made the entire club look bad. I don't ever want Wests Tigers to pull this sort of crap again.
