Agree with Happy. I cringe when he does a no-look pass. Very rarely does it end well. A no-look pass has its place now and again if players are expecting it, but Mosses no-look passes mostly tend to miss their mark hence allot of dropped balls.
His area for development in the offseason ia to be a little more selective with his passing, he dumps his outside man more than you'd like, puts them under all sorts of pressure.
