Anyone watching this game , this kid can play….by gee his good
21 years old and has played 20 1st Grade games .
Would love him at the Tigers .
Can always dream

He wouldn't be anywhere as good here as we lack a forward pack that dominates.

The Bulldogs against the dragons monstered the Dragons all game and kept punching through the line giving him a ton of space and room.

I look at the Bulldogs forwards and look at ours and just wish we had just 2 of theirs into our pack or even someone coming through the ranks with the size and punch they have.

When you have a forward pack and bench of over a tonne, you can do that.

Dogs have arguably the best pack in the comp.

Be interesting next year if they reduce the interchange how some of these teams like the dogs go who have massive packs???

Yeah, bring back Sheens once those rules come into play. But back on topic, Mbye really does look pretty damn good.

Seems very cool and calm and usually makes good decision, where both Brooks and Moses seem very erratic in their decision making, but I suppose it will get better with a few more games under their belts. One thing for certain Mbye is a better half the two they have that played for the blues

he's been on my radar since around 2013 since U20s SOO.

even back then he was way more physically developed than brooks/moses, plays a different game AND has experienced halves around him (hodko and reynolds) to control the game.

not to mention he's only really coming good this year, now that he's about to turn 22.

Mbye is a very talented kid, looks to be a very calm player for a lad his age.

Still trying to figure out how Hodkinson has managed to regress at the dogs playing behind that pack.

Another one who is better than Brooks, forward pack or not. Why is it we seem to get the hyped players with the 'young guns' tags that never justify the hype, yet other clubs seem to stick young guys in that are pretty much unheard of and they run rings around our 'young guns' '? Getting real tired of it, it would be nice if we could be surprised by a player now and then.
