Moses Mbye Super Duper Thread

pretty classy way to go about it. if he leaves a year early then that's the last of the dud Cleary buys, and gives us a warchest with the Packer and Reynolds money.

Probably explains the Hastings talk. With Walters and Mbye potentially gone, we'll need a half utility. Even better if it's someone that can potentially push an incumbent out.

Not sure I'd want to pay half to let him go, but I'd chip in 25-30%.

We will give you $100,000 of your contract to go
Or you can stay here for another year
We shouldn't be paying big $ to let him go
Maybe a trade with Brisbane for Isaako could work
And we will also release Walters early

At least he’s honest can’t ask for more than that still can’t see many teams lining up for him.

Most likely already has a club lined up, otherwise wouldn't be asking.

This is the issue..
We’ll end up paying another club $300k to let him go .

Don’t think Hastings is happening.

Not for 2021..at this stage

2022 however..

I’d like to think we are aiming higher than Hastings. Especially if we have both Mbye and Packer’s money.

Reynolds from souths ?
Or a trade for Isaako ?

A homecoming to the dogs @$500k and we pay $300k. I like the sound of that.

To much for us to pay IMO
If he wants out Mbye should also sacrifice some of his own money
In the long run he can earn more with a longer contract elsewhere

Wasn’t Brisbane interested at one point?

All this cash we’re going to have.......with no one to sign.

Probably a coincidence, that it comes out just as cowboys management fly into Sydney as well.

I’m sure his old club wouldn’t mind him

Cowboys the obvious destination.

They’re linked to everyone atm. Brooks, Reynolds etc

Lots of gaps in their roster.
