Moses tackle

In the 80s tackles like that were judged reflex and often exonerated.

Spectaclular but these types rarely hurt anyone.

Send offs really are for the obvious malice tackles often stiff arms.

Careless reckless 2 weeks.

First week, no carry over points and an early plea. Might just scrape it down to a low grade careless but I don't expect Moses to play against the Dragons.

And, he won't be missed if he's not there. I don't get the hype around this bloke at all. He's a NSW Cup player of the future.

I am going to remember this post. We have all made silly posts that we want to forget about. This will be yours LCA.

Well, let's see how it turns out, eh southerntiger? I will be ecstatic if you remind me about this post 100 times in the future because Moses is playing out of his skin. But, it's all opinion, and mine is that he is shockingly over-rated.

He is still a kid and hopefully his halves combination with Brooks will develop to it full potential.

You don't get up from an old school coat hanger. It's the motion of the arm that gets you. Moses didn't have that, but then agin it's not the 80's. 3 weeks tops given he's a kid

For decades that was always a send off….

No malice in it, but I reckon it will be graded reckless 2 or 3\. Think with a plea that might 3 or 4 weeks.

Hopefully they grade it careless.

TBH With the judiciary, it wouldn't surprise me if he got 0 weeks.

Grade 2 careless.
Free to play again at dragons with an early guilty plea.

Deserved grade 4 imo.

Wests Tigers five-eighth Mitchell Moses has been charged with a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle from the Club's Round 1 match against the Gold Coast Titans.

Moses was charged following a high tackle against William Zillman in the 68th minute.

With an early plea, Moses will be free to play in Round 2 against the St. George-Illawarra Dragons. If the charge is fought and Moses is found guilty, he will miss one week.

The Club has until 12:00pm Tuesday to enter a plea and has not entered one yet.

Martin Taupau was also placed on report during the match but has not been charged and is free to play in the Club's first home game of the year on Monday, March 16.

So a player that is collared around the neck and forced to a near horizontal position before gravity takes him to the ground, now gets castigated by some for staying down for a short time.

Absolutely especially if he is not wearing Tigers colours.

I am biased and proud of it…

Im gobsmacked that he will get off scott free…..

There will be far bigger suspensions for less dangerous tackles throughout the year.

No prior points and high tackles are deemed less dangerous than throws and lifting tackles

I get all that, but still it was an old fashioned coat hanger.

not a stiff arm, but a coat hanger none the less, thought he'd get at least a few for that.

I spose you have to take the good luck when it comes around.
