just felt like seeing which teams/players will be over rated in 2010

i believe that this year people will realise what a rubbish player ennis is. i reckon he will struggle and that farah will dominate so much that no other hooker will be mentioned for nsw this year

Parra - i believe they'll be a fringe team next year. Just like us in 05, 06 was a massive reality check. The difference is that in 05 we had Farah, Marshall, Prince and Hodgo; parra just have Hayne and Fui.

Soward - this is a bit of an iffy one and it could go both ways.

Sandow for mine…that's if he was ever rated....

As for Clubs...I think Manly will miss Orford and go backwards.....the Dogs as well...if anything happens to Kimmorely they're cactus......

Campese is one that springs to mind. I still don't know how this guy managed to get a run for NSW.

I disagree with Sandow. I think Sandow is going to have a monster year along with the rest of the Rabbitohs. Having Burgess and Taylor to aim at is going to make him look so good.

I think Jarryd Hayne is going to go backwards. That doesn't mean he will be sub-par but I just don't think he will be up to the standard he set.

If Kimmorley doesn't play well then Ennis won't look good.

Ennis is the type of player who is very selfish and has the tendency to have brain snaps, like grubbers out of dummy half on the fifth that none of his team mates are expecting.

Sandow has a lot to prove. If he can't perform behind that pack then he's not meant for first grade.

And can Thurston actually get the Cowboys into the finals? For all the hype we hear about him we rarely see any results other than in origin when he doesn't really have to do much anyway.

Most over rated player so far has to be Willie Mason. The guy has been so below par for the last few years at the bulldogs and at the roosters. Why has there been so much written up about him recently. This is his last year to lift his game IMO or he'll take money in japan or go in to boxing lol!

Sandow… never rated him and is a HUGE liability in defense... he doesn't have to be able to hit a bloke like a mac truck... but he dead-set can't tackle... past that I don't think he's much at all. South's went well last year when Wing was half-back...

Jarrod Mullen. Always talked up as Origin material. Never delivers

Kurt Gidley - Seriosly what is the hubbub over him. I will never understand it. He is a good utility but no star.

The Sammut kid from the 'riff: Had hair like a famous boggerballer at one stage and very little else

Sammut reminds me of the kid at school who tries to hang out with the "cool kids" and try and show pony to impress them, to try and cover up the fact that he has no skills (and fail).

some strange choices above….

I really hope that it isnt any of our blokes because my god they are being talked up

It has to be Ennis!!

God he only went well last year because he had a top class halfback and a very good forward pack led by Ben Hannant in particular. He only played Origin because him, the Dogs fans and the Telecrap were always whinging about how the spot should be his, also because NSW had no halfbacks so they picked his buddy Kimmorley, and as soon as Kimmorley got injured he was shown up by us.

Yet despite all that and the fact that Farah consistently had different halfbacks (Marshall, Morris, Moltzen and Lui), a rib injury and a worse forward pack, he still beat Ennis in all facets of the game!!

Ahhh im ranting about Ennis again… Footy season is back!!!

I don't think Ennis is all that bad at all but I think Farah at his best is a class above.

Sandow - well his first year was pretty good but he had a terrible year last year. If he improves his defence I think he will go ok this year with the forwards Souths have.

Most over-rated team - I am not sure that there is one. All the ones expected to make the top 8 have pretty good squad. Maybe Manly are a bit over rated. I can see them missing the top 8.

Mason - I don't think anyone can call him over-rated because no one really seems to rate him, except maybe himself.

hehehehe….i thought the same till i looked at their team on paper. Tahu, Poore and Shackleton added to Reddy, Mortimote, Hayne, Hindmarsh makes a pretty decent team. They are deserving favourites at the moment for mine.
