Well when I saw the shorts for it I didn't think it looked good but i was pleasantly surprised. It has good action, its funny, its controversial and its a pretty original concept for a movie

Titans is crap I have to say, and that was one film I was really looking forward to.

Off to see Kick Ass tomorrow, that should be awesome.

Saw Kick Ass on Tuesday. It was awesome, some memorable scenes and lines but definitely not for youngsters.
 
I re-watched Smokey & The Good Time Outlaws last night.

So terrible it is awesome
 
has anyone seen Paranormal Activity? I watched it last week, and wasn't that impressed.
 
Saw Date Night last night. Not bad, a couple of good moments in it but not the funniest thing I've seen Steve Carell in.

Yeah. It was not a movie I would bother recommending to anyone esle. It was too silly. It was also failry boring … like watching someone else's home videos...

i was actually pretty impressed by it. not really by its acting or story, but by mostly its technical merits and how it was made.
with what little resources the creator had he managed to pull off something fairly neat.
it definitely wasn't at 'terrifying' as people made it out to be.
 
I saw Paranormal Activity this week, not impressed with it. I did like the Blade movie on telly last night tho :slight_smile:
 
Nah missed blade Alien, was watching a pretty damned disturbing movie called Funny Games with Tim Roth and Naomi Watts

Definately not for everyone….but am still thinking about it so I think I like it. It's a thriller and not a stupid gorey one either.....it's a different beast altogether.

:laughing: People in the cinema that I was in were scared and were jumping but I was laughing most of the time. :laughing:
