MCK won us 2 games last year with clutch plays so we re-signed him for 2 years. Still not a bad decision and a good player to have in the top 20

The offloads from Parra gave them a lot of momentum last night which meant they had players in support. We are not good at either.

That's the reason why Madge is turning over players and cleaning out the rubbish...
The culture needs changing and he is the man to do this.
We have brought a lot of talented young players and once we can offload the Reynolds, Packer & Mbye Madge can use that money on some bigger named players that know how to perform consistently..
I'm 100% behind what Madge is dong and in about 2 years we will all look back on this season and letting these under performing players go and ask WHY DID WE WAIT SO LONG...

Yep, getting rid of the freeloaders Reynolds, Packer and Mbye and recruiting some real quality players will be the turning point for the Madge era...

So the way team is playing is all on the players nothing to with the coach. Conceding 26 points 10 games in a row new nrl record absolutely no improvement back end of season or on season 18/19.Titans 5 in a row back end of season showing good improvement,warriors improved. But our squad is so poor we are going backwards team finished 9th last 2 years but it’s all the players nothing to do with Maguire

The Tigers also looked like they had improved for several games earlier in the year.

The Titans did not make the finals, lets see how they do next year.

If we improved 5% and the other teams improved 10%, we still improved. I am not saying that this happened, just that your assumption is wrong.

The Titans seemed to have solved several positional problems. Jamal Fogerty is 26 and has played in several teams. Is he really a star? Ash Taylor is a good player but is prone to falling apart and being useless for months. AJ Brimson has been great, but was only potential last year. Mitch Rein suddenly looks like he can play after being ordinary for 10 seasons.

The coach buys, develops and motivates players but there is a lot of luck to the process.

It’s not a matter of putting up the highest it’s a matter of getting them to hang longer, it’s not necessarily the same thing. We have chases on many occasions, but they have little opportunity to get to the opposition. He can do one of two things, develop more hang time skill or shorten the length. What he is doing now with those bombs is just rubbish.

I don't think any of this is true, sometime you are kicking for distance, sometimes you are kicking so your team can compete for the catch. Our players have time to compete and usually get there, they are just not as good at it as other teams, its something we should work on. If you kick long and there are 3 defenders back, they will nearly always catch it on the full.

The spiral or floating bombs are very inaccurate, Doueihi's first was perfect, his second only went about 20 meters, was caught and cost us about 30 meters of field position. They are a risky kick and requires a lot of practice.

He was one of my favourites last year. Not sure what’s happened to him this year. Will be lucky to make the 17 next year.

I think he will learn a lot from Tamou, Russell wasnt a really good role model when Matulino retired we had no forward leader just an experienced goers

It was an example of how you can improve but be lower on the ladder, I also said "I AM NOT SAYING THAT THIS HAPPENED"

Mainly on the players and has been for years... NOT MADGE signings

Also add that we have had one of the toughest finishes to the season with mainly playing top 8 teams compared to others.

I've said it before and say it again, With the squad Madge has he has done and excellent job getting us to finish in 10th when most coaches would of been in the bottom 4 teams with this team.
2.5 to 3 Mil of your salary cap on Rubbish so that's like 25% of your cap wasted.
You go through every other team and see there top 4 earning players and see what they bring to there teams compared to our so call top 4.. Please Note - Not 1 of them were signed by Madge so hard to blame him...

When he gets the hard working players he wants you will see a different result and if that doesn't happen then it's on Madge.. Until then I'm solid on Madge

Since he came from injury, ok. I’ll grant you that. Up until the Cowboys game where he was injured, he was lauded as our best player. For everyone to forget that is vintage of this forum and it’s short memory.

Sharon Woods looked Origin calibre playing with us... Stats said he made 200m a game, but if you looked closer it was 50 runs of 4m each in reverse.

He may have been talked up for origin last year but I haven’t heard zip of him being talked up this year ..
