Who was the fullback who's mum had a sad in the paper that he wouldn't be selected for Wests, went to Parra, played a dozen games for them and then was never sighted again in the NRL?

I think I saw him play reserve grade for the mounties (Canberra feeder) earlier this year.
Thought he'd kick on but he flopped.

Tom Humble is another one that comes to mind played 15 games in 2012.

He won a grandfinal with the Blackhawks I think in Q-Cup in recent years.
