His comments did make me laugh, suggesting that they only hired the person who interviewed best! Attention Nathan Brown….they never hire the person who interviews mediocrely or worst. The purpose of an interview is to sell yourself. The resume and phone call gets you the interview and then it is up to you to convince the employer that your the person for the job.
I have seen him recently interviewed twice now, and I can clearly understand why he wasn't selected. He gives the impression of being laid back and everyones best mate. WT are trying to rebuild a business and they need professionalism and discipline, not a mate.
To suggest that he would have been able to perform better with the same cattle is laughable. No one can be successful with our current roster. I think Bennett at Newcastle proved that you require more than just a great coach and a million dollar backer....you need good players.
