Gavet has potential, he's very raw. I haven't seen anything this year that would warrant a bench spot yet. It looks like BMM has been unleashed, hopefully Potter can do the same for Gavet in the offseason.

Agree, this guy has had major wraps, nsw cup prop of the year etc,

Everyone needs to realise he missed most of the season, through injury after being a standout in pre-season, let him get the strength and fitness back and see how he goes.

That NSW Cup team of the year isn't necessarily a big wrap. Players like Ben Roberts, Troy Savage, Khalid Deeb, David Gower & Shackleton have been in it.

Not that I'm writing off Gavet.

Martin Tapau is going to be a gun signing his a very good young prop he will be in the 17 next year.
