Sixers are perennial pretenders and their roster management has always been tragic given their top draft picks!

They get a good one in Embiid - but can't keep him fit!

Why did they think the Celtics gave up their top draft pick to gift them Markelle Fultz and instead opt for Tatum? Morons!

Then another hyped point guard who can't shoot to save his arse in Simmons.... and you trade him for a busted Harden who is no longer a protected species who gets to the line 10 times a game!

Brown was scapegoat #1 and Doc is looking at another payout.
 
On poor draft choices due to hype = I still think Memphis got the far better long term generational talent in Ja Morant at #2 than the Pelicans with Zion!

Zion may turn out to be the beast he promised - but he is like Owen Craigie and Tui Lolohea in that he will have to fight against his genes and inclinations to maintain a NBA worthy physique.

As a long-suffering Knicks supporter since Pat Ewing was drafted in 85 - I was hoping we would get spot 2 in the draft lottery and snag Ja - but I would still take RJ Barrett at 3 ahead of Zion!

Ja is one heck of a talent and has started the year on fire, looks like he is on a mission

Zion is an absolute beast of a human, most players around him are dwarfs (have seen him in person), can see the Craigie similarities as he has immense talent his body just needs to hold up - would take him anyday of RJ though. Zion will win you more games even if he plays less often than RJ & his efficiency rating is twice as good.

Zion is still a "potential" star!

But how many games has he played now compared to Ja and RJ?

He is not Yao Ming or Shaq big!!

He is just an over-hyped poor man's Karl Malone so far - up to him to prove me wrong!

RJ could be Pippen/Grant good - and Ja is a freak!
