2005: Hodgo, Prince, Benji and co. gave us a joy that was indescribable. They were so 'free' to do whatever they saw fit. It was magic, it was poetry… It was 7 years ago!
Over the last year my Tigers have been lifeless and have lacked purpose due to the constant BS that Sheens dished out week in week out. A culture of no accountability was started and allowed under his management. I signed a Sack Sheens Petition and am glad that he is no longer in charge of "MY" tigers! Yep, MY tigers are the same as YOUR tigers!
We are a proud club, we have a fan base that is unmatched in my eyes. We deserve to be proud to show that emblem on our shirts, hats and flags! (I always was but...)
Im passionate about this club....and im bloody excited that a new era is upon us! We have a great squad, young talented players and a quality coach who can steer this side towards Premiership sucess. WE WILL dominate yet again. Im sure of it! BRING IT ON BABY!

That was the problem with Sheens reign Tri. We never did dominate bar the back end of 2005!! We had the team to create a dynasty after 2005 but did nothing for the next 4 years but fail miserably each and every year. Potter should be good for us, i cant wait to see what he does to our players that have badly needed a boot up the bum, Benji, Ayshford, Moltzen and co. and i cant wait to see what he does with our youngsters. Id lke to see a few new faces thrown into our squad early on, not wait until injuries and throw the young fellas into the deep end, blood them early and watch em go hard. Also our bench and its rotation might actually be of use to us next season rather then the usual one back playing the last 2.5 minutes of every game. It would be nice to be competitive with other teams purely from the use of a good bench rotation!

We did have 2 top 4 finishes in '11 & '12

wasn't like it as been a complete abyss for 7 years.
 
So Sheens finishes with figures of
win 122
Loss 127
Semis 30%
Couldnt even crack 50%
so much for supercoach….he's finished
 
Best post by Tri ever… I do laugh at your silly predictions but more respect your analysis of the coming year more so. I think with the talent beneath top grade, the Tiges can become a powerhouse. Maybe not in 2013 but certainly in 2014.
 
Interesting times ahead, I was in the anti Sheens camp for a long time and was over the moon when he was finally shown the door. Now with a new coach we will finally get some answers about our playing roster. Was Sheens to blame or in fact is our playing roster grossly over rated or maybe a bit off both.

I think Potter has his work cut out at least in 2013, but I think he will change the culture and that will get results down the track in a year or two. I just hope he is given some time to fix the joint. As for 2013, I just don't see the forward fire power to get the job done week in and week out for six months
