Porker is just going through the motions, smart guy in that respect - he'll train and stay out of trouble and collect his 750k.

I think best case we can hope for this year , is 2 games of 30 mins when we get our inevitable middle forward injuries. Hopefully he can do a job , put a hit or 2 on , change a game . 40m running 15 tackles . I’d be happy with that to be honest.

Hey good luck to him , it’s not his fault Cleary is a moron , or a Trojan horse .

I'd be happy enough if he irons out Matterson again. Loved it. Almost worth his yearly pension.

Not sure if this is the best place to post this but Im interested in the visual difference between our boys and Souffs. IMO our guys look a LOT stronger and fitter than these guys. In particular, Latrell looks fat.

Write off LM at your peril though, I don't think the guy has ever been ripped and he's still faster and stronger than most players in our backline.

At centre, I'd agree with you. The perform at the required level at fullback involves a lot of work, lots of K's. Cant see it in him. He has the potential and the comparisons with Inglis are legitimate but at a young age he is starting to resemble late career GI IMO.

Also we need to remember you don't win premierships in early round.. You watch the top clubs and they sometimes start scratchy but build into the year unlike us in the past where we start strong and fade..
I do like the fact that most players look fit and will only help with the new rules

Also we need to remember you don't win premierships in early round.. You watch the top clubs and they sometimes start scratchy but build into the year unlike us in the past where we start strong and fade..

Agree, but LM is wanting big $’s to play, surely he could be cutting down on the pies in the off season.

We will look back and say either, that preparation was the reason for the improved D and endurance....or....that preparation burned the squad out and they are tired/injured.

Hopefully the former obviously and it must be a positive for the team to be so well prepared.

We will look back and say either, that preparation was the reason for the improved D and endurance....or....that preparation burned the squad out and they are tired/injured.

Hopefully the former obviously and it must be a positive for the team to be so well prepared.
