Was nice to see the photos. Blore, Simpkin & Utoikamanu stood out. Would be great if the club could put some names with the pictures.

I sent an email to the media unit requesting some captions to the photos.

Maybe we should flood them with emails.

I see most of the photos now have names attached.

Its funny, not even the club knows who the big guy with his head bandaged is.

Why not trial Simkens at 1/2,Books at 5/8,and Liddle at 9.-- 7and 9 play similar games ,and would give the kid game time and encouragement.Plus attack around the ruck.?

Asu Kepaoa had eye surgery..discovered an issue which blurred his vision when looking up...

That has always been my understanding of McDonnell's role.

What is noticeable is the physical development of the younger players. This has to be a good outcome as they challenge highly paid players for positions in the NRL team. The young Kiwi centre at 20 looks as though he could take over from Leilua at much less $ and the absence of meltdowns.

Saw Beaver a few weeks back in SA at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort .. it was at breakfast the morning after the first State of Origin game (Adelaide) .. as he walked into the breakfast area, I went .. "ahhhhhh ooohhh" .. he just looked, then pointed at me and laughed .. unfortunately my Mrs didn't appreciate my loudness, and said that i embarrassed myself .. she has no idea ..:smirk: :smirk:
