Apart from Grant and Sue, all of them have a contract for 2019 and in some cases beyond.
So what other clubs do you want us to pay them to play for?

Well, he made little impact, could be why.
Bigger question, is he ever going to recapture the form that made him a marquee player and if not, what to do about it?
Persuade him to retire?

If the coach is not happy with McQueen then he should retire him. It is very obvious that he is nowhere near the player he once was. To persevere with him is to risk a serious injury.

I think our forwards are giving it all they've got. Sadly, that's not a lot.

Almost every other side has forwards that can run a good line, throw a decent pass or have some speed. The only forward we have that comes close is Chris Lawrence.

This puts enormous pressure on our backs to do it all and is a big reason why we're one of the worst attacking sides.

Even though he's killing it in the centres, Marsters could be an option.

Backs excluding Naiqama and Mbye were poor as well.Even if they held onto the ball they have no thrust .
Aloiai last year was one our better forwards but this year is below average

Eisenhuth needs a little stint in reserves
Packer must be injured because he is better than that
Taylor smashed by bigger bodies

More execuses for brooks.

Forwards were mixed back let in 3 soft tries on line then held out straight sets in the second half b4 c.v penalty goal.

Cannot figure forwards not getting more meters. Yes possession a tackle count has something yo do with it but more to it than that

Maybe first and second. He is completely useless.

On another note, one of the criteria for our next recruiting drive MUST be that the players can hang onto a ball.

The sad part is these boys were holding their own against the best sides late last season and early this season its sad seeing it go bad again.
 
So McDud has played two games?
Can anyway tell me he looked interested at any point in either?

We need to find out what the Bugess brothers (Tom and George) did to turn it around. Probably best front row going around this year.

It seems to me that the team has lost the confidence that they had during the early part of the season,panic plays,trying for the miracle to happen and then digging a bigger hole for themselves that they cant get out of because they lack the intimidation factor that other teams have..
In other words they drop the bundle instead of playing sensible football and doing the basic things right first and foremost…
at this level,losing possesion,bad passing and poor play the balls should all be at a bare minimum or not at all...these errors were a constant against the Titans,they capitalised on them and our guys couldnt recover...

I think its a combination of benji being injured and was playing injured. Ive been saying he was the real game manager those first few rounds.

I think the form is lost with all these changes cant see them finding it this season.

We one top line qld front rower short. Who do we target.

I agree with you nucky in regards to Benji being a good game manager,however we have all been told that this is Brooks team,he should be managing and controlling much better than he is…maybe he is lacking confidence because Benji is not there...granted the forwards arent delivering and it makes it slightly more difficult for him to produce good outcomes..but I think his kicking and last tackle options have to improve more for this level of football..
 
How is the best Half arguably ever going at controlling the game this year behind a pack of plodders…?

So what is the problem ,I agree and this overachieving line wears thin especially as you said this team is competitive,could have won 5 games so what is the problem
