You also accused peopel of living in the past, as well your post suggested you were ignorant of just what the heritage round - for the entire NRL, not just WTs - is all about, which is just that, remembering the past.

I havent bought a jersey in 4 years now….until they can settle on a jumper for the next ten years they wont get my dough.

They look great don't they mate. As others have said they should have been our centenary jerseys.

That has to be the best looking jersey that the Wests Tigers have ever had.

I'm not a fan of how the hooped Wests Heritage jersey looks but I can understand why they did it.

I would love to see that jersey come back aswell.
I think that it is a much better looking jersey and it reminds me of the tough Western Suburbs sides. Both heritage jerseys in 2005 were our best ever imo.

That jersey is instantly recognisable as Western Suburbs as is the 2005 Balmain one.
So you go and buy your hoop one and i'll just continue to recycle my 05 heritage jumpers thankyou very much.

As for saying I wanted a jersey that would stay the same for years ..well fair enough 10 is a stretch but the point is that other clubs - especially in the AFL do have famous jerseys that are recognisable anywhere, even to those like me who barely notice the sport. Their jumpers are their brand - its a culture we dont have.

Next time you go to the footy have a look around yourself, you'll see our supporters wearing up to 20 different jumpers.

It is up to personal taste in the end.

I love the hoop Balmain retro but whether I buy it now or end of next season depends whether I like it on me or not. I collect all of the jerseys regardless.

As for the main jerseys that will mean we have carried the same style of both the main and alternate jerseys with slight differences such as sponsor on the new orange one or the 10 years logo being on the jerseys of this season just past
