I love these heritage jersies they are great. Our partners have something most clubs do not, and that is legimate heritage !

Considering getting my first freshy in four years. I just can't go past the Balmain jersey, looks quality and I prefer the round neck to the V.
The new sponsor logo does not spoil the jesey too much either unlike the massive Proton Cars lettering. Proton have a nice logo why not use it.

I, like most of the other writers don't like the Heritage jerseys either. I think on the day - they may look better. I think the guys just picked the one's they're wearing up out of the wash basket, they look a bit "creased" . Don't like the wide stripes, but who cares what they wear as long as they win games, hey !

i reckon that they should use the wests one for away games and the balmain one for home games or vice versa doesnt really matter and stick with only those two jerseys for the next couple of years. we bloody have 4 different jerseys each year and they change each season.

These jerseys are awesome!
as enjoyable as the 70's might have been, there is a certain romanticism about the turn of the century that makes the striped jerseys so pleasing to look at.
Let's not forget that Balmain formed from the Balmain rugby club who wore the black and gold stripped jersey (a colour scheme that represented the area well before 1908) whist Wests formed from the Ashfield Wests 2nd grade RU side that proudly wore the black and white stripes.

I cant believe a couple of people here do not like these jersey's. I think they are bloody great. I will be saving my pennies for the Black and White one and will be making a special request to my wife for my birthday which co-incides with Round one.
I take my hat off to Here's Humphries and his team. They have brought these things out before Christmas which is a marketers dream and believe the 1st time we have ever been able to do that in our existance.
I have been greatly critical of this clubs management over the years but they have got a few good things right and are really putting the pressure on the Fonz for results. Everything looks good and in place in the office, its time for the Fonz to do it on the field now.
