3 year rule still applies for "main" afaik (2011, 2012), but alternative can be changed every 2 years, not 100% sure. But obviously the heritage and other special round (woman's round?) will probably change. We've had a new design introduced almost every year for the specialty ones (centenary heritage '08, 10 year '09, stripes heritage '10, first ladies round '11, wests bar heritage and 2nd ladies '12).

Having said that our 05-07 orange jerseys did change slightly in colour (the orange went from gold to orange to gold).

Having said all that the ARLC has changed so maybe this policy is different now. If we came out with a new main jersey for 2013 that looked good then it'd be a tiny step in the right direction after so much chaos. New jersey for a new era would be great.

Alternate jersey has lost the grey 'stripes'.
