We have a very strong supporter base covering the inner west out to Campbelltown.

The club should start to aggressively target fans of other clubs. The Roosters seem the most logical target so we need our jersey to be a fashion statement and let go of the black, orange and white dogma. Perhaps introduce some soft colours to attract the male rooster such mauve or a tanned skin colour. For the outrageous rooster, we could introduce hot pink into the jersey. In addition, maybe have berets as accessories instead of caps and release an underwear range.

The possibilities are endless.

They need to make it a bit cheaper to stop people who earn OK but have a family to buy their gear from the club not from Best and Less. I specifically talking Kids jerseys etc..

Good business acumen would say that a brand should take a potential financial hit to hook consumers for life.

This means make a loss or reduced profit (and this is debatable with manufacturing coming from China) on Kit and ensure the Brand spreads and grows the fan base, membership game attendance … you following...

O yeah make it cool as well...
