What happened to lampkin. ?

He coached Jersey Flegg which they didn't include on the list yet

I wonder if Joey Saukuru is related to the Saukurus who played for magpies last year? They did well

fairly sure it's their Dad. him making the switch to WT prompted the Saukuru brothers to jump ship as well. the club obviously rates Joey as a coach if they've moved him into the head coach role for SG Ball.

judging by the quotes from Sheens and Noddy, it looks as if we're placing a massive focus on skills. if we can develop our youngsters in the correct manner we are going to be in a very good place when these kids begin to come through the grades in the next 3-4 years.

Saukuru is a fairly common name in Fiji though. Just stating, i've got no idea if they're related. Lomi will probably be too old for Ball next year but Solomone should be playing Ball before moving to Flegg later in the year.

Told one of my mates to apply but Souths just promoted him to coaching their junior pathways team.

Robbie Mears is back in the fold! Haven't heard that name in quite some time.

Underrated player.

100%

I loved him. Red face, blonde hair. I remember he tore the Warriors to shreds up the middle when we played a home game in NZ. Good to have him back at the club.

There’s a Chris Yates that played 26 games for Western Suburbs from 1997-1999.

I assume it’s the same guy.

Yeah believe that's him. Very smart footy mind

Shayne McMenemy played 1st grade for the magpies and Hull . Had a good career in the UK.

Chris Nero also played 1st grade with St George Illawarra before having a decent career in Super League in the UK.
