New NRL and team websites

It looks like the NRL and team websites have all been updated to new formats as part of the new NRL Digital Network. Opinions?
 
Me personally - I don't like it

It is too confusing and hard to reach the information you are looking for.

Preferred the old websites but I am sure many others will love the updated versions.
 
Articles are coming up that aren’t relevant… if you read the contenders article, the links down the bottom are from 2013! One being Todd Payton’s NYC team lineups and the other from Fulton about making a statement for a 2013 mid season match!

If they are relevant to our 2018 starting fullback, I’m worried
 
Awesome, our first 4 games 3:30am, 6:30am, 6:50am and 2am.

I thought with the kids all grown up I wouldn't have to get up early for sport anymore. Guess I was wrong.

At least we won't have to deal with the heat problem in the early rounds.
 
Updated both Wests tigers and NRL apps this morning on my android. No bugs for me. Anyone with bugs make sure you have the latest updates and also restart your phone afterwards.

As always, change like this is never easy to accept. But i imagine in a couple of weeks, i will get used to it. I suppose it looks nice and i appreciate the abundance of videos they are putting up now.

Yeah I'm not a fan. They obviously have a few bugs to sort out because the new site is very laggy and video content was not able to be played when I checked yesterday. Player profiles wouldn't load either among other things.
 
You can bet that if they are having issues with this Fantasy League will be an absolute nightmare …...

Much like the nightmare EB has ready for Geo in 2018
 
They'll fix the bugs. They've only just launched it, chose a good time to do it in the off season close to Christmas when most couldn't care less.

I had a quick look at some other clubs websites and their game times are all ridiculous as well.
Not too hard to get times correct before going live… who is the dope from the NRL who let these through?

Probably the same one who monitors the salary cap.
 
I like the new look. I'm happy to give them a bit of a grace period to work out these little glitches. By lunchtime tomorrow should be adequate…
 
I like the look of things throughout both the app and the website, I think its looking pretty good on the visual front.

I don't really like the navigation on the app, but i guess that's just because its new. Fast forward to next week and I bet I'll be fine with it.

Also good to see that they've got the match times right now (or at least for me).
 
Who do they get to do the UAT. It’s difficult to navigate, the membership section there is only register, even if you select renew, you cannot log in. Just terrible.

So it’s only a beta site, no UAT.
 
Next year kind of feels like 2010 team when there was no superstars just Marshall and Farah just good NRL players and Beau Ryan was playing fullback some games.

Wouldnt expect anything less from the NRL…..the most shoddily-run organisation in world professional sport.
I wouldn't trust Todd Greenberg to look after my dirty jocks let alone have the clueless, seedy gumby run a billion-dollar industry.
