I don't know if it's just me but looking at the new stadium in Penrith it doesn't look impressive, nor does it seem worth the money and certainly not worth demolishing what was there to begin with & playing "away" every game for over a season.
Yeah, I get the need for upgraded change rooms to accommodate NRLW players, corporate boxes, bars & toilets, but that could have been achieved with what they already had with a lot cheaper reno. It's nowhere near as impressive from what I've seen as the aging Hunter Stadium (which will be getting some renos to it's Eastern Stand itself) probably it's closest example,
