In the NRL site they have the new tackle guidelines . Finally the refs have decided to use some common sense . Rules such as if they player passes the ball and their is a simultaneous call of HELD the ball will be returned to the ball player to play ball . More speeding up the ruck with faster HELD calls . Attacking the legs off the player in a dangerous way will now be penalized . My God , the referees bosses are actually listening to the fans ,coaches and players . Quick Oxygen please .
