To be fair I don't see how much they can actually do. Sheens is the king of talking it up and not delivering isn't he.

Longer term we need a decent spine and some outside backs with flair.

1 Doueihi (nothing that Laurie can do that Adam can't do. He is a stronger runner and a better player as well. Laurie is killing us with his no fs to give attitude and lack of courage. What's more he only appears on an edge and has zero middle third game that good modern day fullbacks have)

6 Brooks ( Can be ok in the wider second fiddle role)

7 Wakeham ( Need a steadier hand)

9 API ( is our biggest issue as his decision making and loose play is costing us building momentum. Needs to really pull his head in and ask if he is committed to the cause or just wants a pay cheque)

13 Bateman or Matamua ( whoever is fit as we need a middle ball playing option to link the good work we ARE doing)

one thing about Doueihi at fullback over Laurie is he will run the ball back hard and is hard to tackle if he chimes in to the backline. In defence he won't get targeted by second rowers out wide either. Douihie may be a little slower than Laurie but who cares he can't be any worse at catching a bomb. One of his best games was fullback for souths in that semi final.

In all reality he can not be worse. Laurie needs to go from the club
 
After listening to Sheens last week it seemed like he may try Bateman at 13. Don’t know if it will be this week but maybe week after.
Also, I’m not sure Ice is best on the left, I would move him right side.

Bugger Ice, TT are both out
How bare is the cupboard considering in this weeks team I’ve added Junior, Wakeham, Matamua.

Nofa can count his lucky stars due to lack of depth he keeps his spot or we play To’a.

I can only imagine what our team will look like if we don’t add any of the 3 mentioned above.
