Ivan's quiet, but I wouldn't say he comes across as a "nice guy". Maybe it's just his demeanour but he seems like a very sour, snarly type. Similar to Steve Folkes.

I'm lost knowing what's acceptable when saying we need a coach to stick the boot up our players. The one we just had came in and did his way and everyone had a fit. Our supporters don't want a coach to come in and ruffle feathers, they want one that will maintain the status quo. And i dare say that's what the players would want.

Ivan Cleary would be the first smart decision WT have made under the new administration.
Marina Go has to resign effective immediately as the boards chair they have run the joint To the ground. Allowing the players to come off contract at once and not at least negotiate one or two of them prior to expiry of their contracts is ineptitude. The adherence to The failed Brian Smith and his protege JT is embarrassing. They only acted against JT because Isaac Moses forced their hand and they would be embarrassed.

We need a management clean out and the board has to appoint a chair who has an idea about Rugby Legaue and administration. Who that is I have zero idea but I would be getting Shane Richardson as CEO of the joint above Cleary and firing everyone else.

I think Clearly is a great option. I'm not sure if this season can be turned around but it's a step up from who we've had here for sure.
