Bengals lose again. First game where offense actually worked for Zac. positive signs. Particularly impressive considering the offensive line lost three starters, and those starters are only average themselves. of course, it's all Burrow and AJ green is playing like John Ross at the moment with up and down play and making the simple look difficult, but the offensive guru actually scored some points. Unfortunately, defense is so bad they player Mayfield into form and did nothing but passively watch Cleveland play all game. I just don't see the game plan. Got to rush the passer. Got to at least try. Pittsburgh and Baltimore always bring pressure, even when they can't defend. It's how to play in the AFC North and we've never been that team and consequently always got beaten up in important games, even when we were good (which is 5 years ago now).

Burrow endorsed Taylor today, and if he means it then he has to stay because Burrow's the only thing that matters on this team, but this team is absolutely dysfunctional and is finding so many different ways to lose.

I think the Bengals are going ok. They just dont have all the pieces yet.

An impossibility given they were the worst team in the league last year.

Burrows can fix everything.

Really need to focus on the oline and dline in free agency and the draft. Burrows has been amazing.

Yep. Just need to sort out our offensive line and the defense needs to be able to get to the passer. We are set at most positions (qb, rb, wr, cb,ss)

Defense are getting torched because there is no pressure on the qb. Hard to cover a guy for 6 seconds.

Imagine if we gave burrow that time to throw?

Have missed the old Geno Atkins massively.

Yeah that's a strange one. Talk that he is being phased out and possibly traded. Or a light load returning from injury. Hopefully the later

Either way he is at an age where there needs to be plans in place to replace him.

Very true. About that age, maybe time to trade for draft capital?

I love Geno so would hate to see it but it is definitely an option. ATM though they are damaging his trade value.

Yeah geno is a beast.
John Ross and Dunlap need to go though. Any teams willing to trade o'line for them?

There was some chat trying to trade the giants for Kevin zeitler. That would be great

Mate not paying Zeitler and Whit were 2 very Brown mistakes that have cost us massively. It's one of the reasons I'd be gunshy about letting Geno go.

Absolutely. Letting them walk has set us back 5 years and countless draft busts.

Whit is still top 10 LT and almost 40. Makes Mikey look dumber every week for letting him walk.

I started following the Rams in 2017, they buy marquee players to fill their needs, it’s a nice change from the Tigers for me. Highly recommend it.

You could always switch to another black, white and gold team.. New Orleans Saints. I enjoy watching them dominate each week. Even when they play poorly they tend to find a way to scrap for a win.

I'm certain that Mike Brown is silent owner of the tigers.

There is no team more like the tigers than the Falcons.

Roster stifled through massively overpaying a couple of fading veterans.
Regularly choke snatching defeat from the jaws of victory
Long stints without playoff football
Poor recruitment.

Tick most of the boxes, but have not been through enough coaches recently

Hull City black and gold ..they sold WHU their best player in Jarrod Bowen and then got relegated

The kid value wise is one of the best signings going around

I see your Falcons and raise you the Bengals

A history of poor recruitment decisions with players going on to star at other teams.

Continuously lose the unloseable games by making dumb decisions when the game should be wrapped up. 2015 wildcats game anyone?

A supporter base that believes they are most hard done in the competition.

Even when successful still manage to stink it up. Have lost 7 wildcats games in a row and haven't won a playoff game since 1991.

Bengals or bungles? He we even have the same colours.

Steelers keep on marching on - good tight game against the Ravens who are no slouches. The 49ers ran into a pretty good Seahawks outfit which wasn't a bad game either.
