Nines team based on players salary

Happy, I think you will find that Gibbs has agreed to play on. He had a massive blow up with Flanno as he wanted the Sharks to pay out the rest of his contract even though he was retiring. Flanno refused so Bryce decided to play on and earn his cash.

Not sure if we are still propping up his salary though.

Sorry TS but you just contradicted yourself ,this was Bryce's last season at the Sharks so if he was blowing up about his contract not being paid out it would of had nothing to do with the Tigers

But I agree , I thought his contract would of run out at the end of 2013 with us

we may have reached some agreement or changed the contract, but seems to be 2014.

So that makes him the third highest paid player at the club. Not a bad pay rise from 10..15…20K a year to 400K.

An 18 year old who has played ONE first grade game on 400K and a guy who has played for Australia, NSW and 132 games for Wests Tigers is on 300K.

Yep that makes sence.

You fail to realise this is the tigers… Nothing makes much sense.
Doesn't mean it isn't true though.
 
it's a very long contract he signed. with all the KPIs he could be on 400k in 2015 or 2016\. but i doubt he will have 400,000 deposited into his bank account in a year's time.

In 2014 our top 4 players need to play like top 4 wage earners or be shown the door.
All the excuses about injuries and young players means nothing when your top 4 players are always below standard. Yeah, I don't think Farah had a great year and certainly didn't play at 900k a year standard.
You know they will be in the team each week but there is no guarantee you will see a top 4 effort each week.

Mate if McQueen is in the Rabbitohs top four I'll eat my hat. Unbelievable. Reynolds? Teo? Both are on squillions more than McQueen.

Whatever bumpkin brains….I don't follow Souths and I don't care about Souths

The point being other teams top 4 salary wise players are way better than our Top 4...swap other teams players around any way you want...who cares ...we still have a shit top 4 compared to other teams.

I expect our Top 4 at the end of 2014 form wise will be completely different than the start of 2014
