No leadership on the park!

Well someone has to raise this question ..I have touched on this in the last couple of seasons but until we get a dominate leader on the park we are never going anywhere.. we have 2 great players but unfortunatly when the going gets tough there becomes this vacumm in leadership not withstanding last nights game but the Titans game was the example of this the game was ours but when the pressure came so did the DUMB options . Our admiration for certain players should not mask the fact that we need a DOMINATE leader on the park thats how I see it.

Still waiting for Benji who continuously talks about being a leader to actually look like one and demonstrate it on the field. Just a solid kicking game would be a start.

Benji captains his country he is one option . Gareth Ellis would be another . I always like a leader who shows you by their action they are giving 100% . Personally when Prince left I would of made Ben Galea captain for the above reason

Doesn't that start with the coach picking the leader or at the very least knowing who has the cojones to act as one? It'd be intersting to draw a comparison with Melbourne a few years ago, despite all their superstars I am sure there was only Cooper Kronk calling the shots…Similarly, at St George, last year, Soward called the shots..IMHO, anyway..
