They don't expect the same quality but they do want the extra revenue which an extra match each week brings and is all that matters with the next agreement to be negotiated with the media.More money in the gravy train is what it is all about.

The Perth Bears Tracks Academy for elite young rugby league talent launched its Queensland chapter on Tuesday night in conjunction with its affiliation partner, the Brisbane Tigers.

Perth Bears CEO Anthony De Ceglie said it was an important milestone in establishing a pathway for Queensland's emerging stars to become Perth Bears NRL players, while also ensuring young footballers across Western Australia can train alongside the best talent from across Australia.

Brisbane Tigers CEO Mitch Cook said the club was proud to play a role in developing future talent by providing aspiring athletes with opportunities to learn from some of the game's best coaches and mentors.
"This is only the beginning, and we're excited about what this partnership will achieve in the years ahead," he said.
