The kid in the middle top row played the part of Ernie later on in the series of "My Three Sons," from memory he was an adopted son who came along to make up the numbers when the oldest son got married and was written out of the show.

The kid in the middle of the second row is causing me nightmares because I know the face but just can't work out which show he was in.

EDIT: Was he Chip also from "My Three Sons?"
