“You have to have balls to win at tennis.”
I can’t remember what she was advertising? Or maybe I never took notice?“You have to have balls to win at tennis.”

Also Terry Fearnley ex magpies coach FB for Easts.Just found this, which took me back to the times of Greg Hartley, the old time referee.
Apparently, way back in 1963, as a young player - before he went into refereeing - he was on the reserves bench for 3rd grade for the Eastern Suburbs club:

Yeah champion @Halbrowne61 - when I see any of the old programs, my memories fill with all the days on the hill, the fun and the attachment to all the players in all the grades I watched, with family and friends.Interesting TO. Two things I note ;
1. The good old days of 3 grades for an afternoons entertainment. Serious supporters watched all three and used to enjoy identifying up and comers in 3rd grade with potential.
2. I never ever knew the great Clive Churchill coached the Dogs. Thought it was just South’s.
More great nostalgia. 👍🏻
