This nearly cost us the game. Had we have gone for the 2 it would have put us 20 in front and probably forced NZ to start taking a lot more riskier plays. Whoever made the call needs a slap.

Probably should have cost us….they got the fumbles late. With a twenty lead the opposition know they have to score 4 times.

We called for it at the time…. Two penalties in succession on kicking range..... Though I'm not sure it would've plugged the holes.

Any team with some experience… i.e Brisbane or NQ would take the shot. Some blame needs to go to the coaching staff for not getting the message out to take the 2\. Really poor choice IMO, young players just wanting to score... but really should have thought about that decision.

The whole young players excuse has worn out for me. They're big enough now to make correct decisions. That was a shocker.

They did have the Warriors on the back foot if they hadn't panicked in attack and did things calmly, it wouldn't have been a problem, but maybe they did need to take the 2 just to calm themselves down.

If Bennett was the coach he would have said to take the 2 many coaches would.Taking the shot is the safe option and puts more pressure on the opposition and grinds them out of the game

You can't blame Moses for that. It could have gone either way. We could not really predict how the second half would pan out and it looked for awhile in the second half that two extra points would not have saved us from Warriors onslaught (and our faults). The way WT were playing they were scoring tries all over the paddock and it sort of looked a certain try. If we had taken those two points and still lost the game some of us would still be complaining that we took those two points. Can't win either way.

Woods was on the field but seemed to be unsure what to do. Moses seemed to make the decision for him. And it was the wrong one.

I think i remember seeing Woods on but Moses just took over. I like that Moses has that in him but it needs to be controlled a little. At times like that he needs to take a look at his captain.

This is where Farah would be handy. I'd suspect he'd tap the first time but would take the kick on the second penalty.

It was a rush of blood type decision.

We were screaming from the stands take the two. I knew the Warriors would get a roll on and another two points at that stage may have knocked the will out of them.

They just have to learn when to play conservative football and when to roll the dice. Benji and Robbie never did and kept rolling the dice and lost us a couple of big games, mind you the won plenty to, but if Moses can get the balance right he will be a super star.

Rubbish. You ALWAYS take the points in that situation. If we go on to surrender a 4 try buffer then we deserve to lose.
This was a bad mistake by Woods and his captaincy must be called into question.
