So looking at this Post, it seems to me that Happy is replying to himself,
Willows comments are not seen,
and Hobbo's saying ban him, please

Am i correct? can we simplify it so we can exactly see what was replied to what was said.

Pretty sure we aren't going to see any announcements for a little while yet, I believe standard NRL cooling off period is 10 days. Thats why we haven't seen McIntyre's announcement and JAC for 2022 is 10 days after contract lodged, which won't happen until at least tomorrow. You can waive the cooling-off period if you wish, but doesn't happen to often unless you are re-signing.

There seems to be a lot of grey around the cooling off period.

Yes, it takes a lot of space and makes the site a mess. I usually highlight the part of the text I want then click quote, it keeps things simple and neat.

If people want to use my example they can, the preview pane helps a lot.

Yeah, that is especially good when you are only responding to part of someone's post as well.

I think is better to just have the post you are responding too quoted as it just gets too long and messy as you said. It is easy to jump back to the previous posts to clarify anything if you need to.
