We might be the only club that actually believes the Nov 1 date is when you can start to talk to players..
Meanwhile other club have been talking to players & Agents and have deals ready to go come 1st Nov.

It just seems funny that we signed Stefo just after November 1.
Maybe they started talking and signed the same day.
