As in duggan family hotels??? If so that's the same mark Duggan who has a wickedly quick Aston Martin sports sedan he races at Sydney mototrsport parkR.I.P. the Pine Inn. I lived across the road from it, next to Dan Murphy.
It was packed out with tigers supporters and wests old boys. Lots of families use to go to J's Kitchen and enjoy the meals there more recently. The publicans were the Duggan family, they had to sell it to state gov for the metro like you mentioned. They own the old masonic lodge, 'avondale hotel' by burwood station as well.
Bath Arms is more of a pizzeria
And gambling den than a pub.
I read a really good article just
before about the history of Pine Inn/
Oriental hotel. So much history
150 years of history, check it out:
