We don't have a commercial agreement with Stadium Australia .. so we cant play it there!!
Next best stadium ( capacity ) is Commbank .. and we tried playing a home game against the eels there and look how that turned out !!
Nothing wrong with leiccahrdt except we need to improve our win/loss record but that can be said where ever we play!!

Stadium Aus & Commbank are owned and managed by the same company. Its my understanding that our agreement was originally for Homebush but it was transferred to Parra when they were going to renovate Homebush.

I am pretty sure that the last actual agreement ( I think this is the last year?) was specifically for Homebush, but they moved us when they planned to upgrade Homebush

It is quite laughable that once again Brisbane have been allocated an away game for "magic round" at their home ground at suncorp.Once again they get 13 home games compared to everyone else,seems above board lol

Agree and I think we will know by round 5 whether madge has managed to turn it around or not. If we can’t win at least 3 of those games we will be all over the media about pressure on coach, players..etcc

1981 Grand Final. Eels beat Newtown. Crowd was 57,333 which spells EEELS upside down

Let's hope that the Eels next season is turned upside down for them. 😀

We're trying to make Tamworth like a second home, definitely get the crowd support there. So while we still are sharing around our home games to various grounds it probably doesn't make a lot of difference.
Magic round sucks though.
