You know what, I actually enjoy focusing on the head to head league games instead of focusing on overall points and overall rankings anyway. When you decide what trades you make you have to really focus on one or the other. I think I might stick with the head to head league tactics and not worry about overall points and overall ranking. It will mean that I don't get many points during the bye rounds which will mean I won't get as many overall points but I don't really care about that. Star League has been going since 2007 and I will run it again next year. In 2011 we will see Alien's Angels vs Picnic Point Tigers.

I knew before Round 1 that I would get low scores during the bye rounds because I didn't start my squad with enough depth for the bye rounds and I haven't really done anything to fix that problem because I was just focusing on my league head to head matches. I will get a pretty low score next week which is another bye round. Even though I haven't been focusing on the overall points I am pretty sure that I will still make the WT FORUM FIRST GRADE league for next year. I will probably have 2 teams (1 in the WT FORUM FIRST GRADE league and the other in STAR LEAGUE).

Guys are we gonna have a WT FORUM FIRST GRADE and WT FORUM RESERVE GRADE??? If so I might scrap STAR LEAGUE if I can field a second team in the WT FORUM RESERVE GRADE league.

Also, I will update the WT FORUM OVERALL RANKINGS tommorow.

The 2011 Super Challenge is a good idea as we will have all had a solid year and understand the rules and quirks etc…

This is not because I am getting my backside kicked week in week out but from my experience playing other fantasy leagues, I will not be joining the NRL.com Dreamteam next year unless the scoring system isn't fixed to stop bias' towards particlular positions (scoring is biased towards halves and forwards and doesn't reward backs).

Well they might change the scoring system a bit. One way to reward wingers and centres more would be to make tries worth more than 4 points.

I've got a basic idea. But by the time I figured it all out the core of my team was all wrong and I was screwed. I played the Fox Sports one last year and it seemed a lot more sensible.

Yeah this is my first season doing nrl.com Dream Team too. I was doing the Virtual Sports one before. I like the nrl.com Dream Team better. I haven't tryed the Fox Sports or Telegraph one yet.

This one overpays tackles and underpays attacking plays. If you could manage to have 17 tackling machine goalkickers then you have a winning team. It's kinda just boring. In the Supercoach one tries are worth plenty more as are a few other things. I just prefer it. It seems more balanced amongst the positions.

Just for me and and just to get an understanding of the differences between the 3 (I Fox and Supercoach were the same).

I always like to have facts to allow and educated opinion.

I'm going to go terrible this coming Round I think. I'll only have 11 players playing. I wish Tate and Burgess were playing this weekend, although Tate could only offer a negative 4 last Round!!! LOL
